This is a fantastic career step for someone currently in a receptionist or office support role looking to expand their responsibilities. As a Team Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Executive Leadership Team, while also contributing to broader team operations and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide key support to the executive leadership team, assisting with scheduling, meeting coordination, and day-to-day logistics.
- Collaborate closely with executives to ensure they are well-prepared, on time, and fully briefed for all meetings and engagements.
- Provide comprehensive assistance, including calendar management, running errands, and general day-to-day support.
- Oversee and coordinate internal projects and support initiatives, including the planning and execution of events.
- Maintain a professional executive workspace and assist with ad-hoc tasks including personal errands and reception coverage when required.
We’re looking for a motivated, organised and service-oriented individual who thrives in a team environment and enjoys variety in their role.
You will have:
- 3+ years of experience in a reception or office administration role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
