- Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
- Experience in excursion planning, managing staff, and risk mitigation.
- Comfortable jumping into a fast-moving project and making decisions under pressure.
- Creative, empathetic, and able to adapt programs to suit a wide range of interests and abilities.
- Confident working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
