The Opportunity
TalentLink are working exclusively with a leading Not-for-Profit who deliver a range of specialist programs for children, young people and families.
Due to an internal promotion, they are looking for an inspiring and innovative People and Culture Manager who will shape the future of the organisation and its people by driving change and implementing best practise into the organisation, process, systems and structure.

The Role
Partnering with business leaders to drive change and promote a high performing culture. You will help to lead a medium sized People & Culture team, implement the HR function across abroad remit including HR Operations and compliance with an employees across a diverse geographic spread.
  • Report directly to the Head of People & Culture, acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees across the business
  • Provide high-quality, pragmatic advice on a broad range of people and culture matters across multiple teams and sites
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a medium sized People & Culture team
  • Partner closely with business leaders to support the smooth implementation and adherence to people processes, policies, and procedures
  • Oversee day-to-day People & Culture operations, including workplace policies and guidelines, occupational health and safety, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Support and contribute to strategic people initiatives and future-focused projects
  • Partner with the Head of People & Culture to support the organisation through change management and business transformation
The Candidate
Collaborative, supportive, and hands-on people leader with a proven track record of guiding, developing, and mentoring teams
  • Demonstrated experience leading a generalist HR function, with accountability for end-to-end people and culture operations
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, bringing a practical, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach
  • Experience working in a diversified organisation and across multiple industry sectors; experience in the not-for-profit or community sector is highly regarded
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management capability, with the ability to build, develop, and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organisation
  • Well-developed critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Highly organised with effective time-management skills, able to balance strategic priorities with hands-on delivery
