The Role
  
Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will work within a dynamic and customer focused finance team. This role offers end to end ownership of the credit function, supporting business growth while building strong internal and external relationships.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collections.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Accurately process and allocate customer payments.
  • Perform regular account reconciliations to maintain accurate records.
  • Minimise risk by promptly communicating and escalating issues.
  • Prepare and provide weekly and monthly reports with detailed commentary on overdue accounts.
About You
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Credit Controller.
  • Experience with SAP is highly regarded.
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills.
  • Highly skilled in problem-solving and account investigation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
