TalentLink are seeking an experience HRIS Specialist to join our client based in Southern Suburbs of Brisbane. This is a hands-on role focused on the final stages of implementation. You’ll take the lead on system configuration, data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-user training across multiple HR modules. Working closely with HR, IT, Payroll, and external vendors, you’ll ensure the solution is delivered smoothly and meets business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of ELMO, with immediate focus on syncing systems and launching onboarding, recruitment, and personnel file functionality.
  • Oversee system configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live coordination.
  • Work closely with the ELMO Account Manager, internal Payroll lead, and executive stakeholders.
  • Navigate the technical and operational challenges between ELMO and Tanda.
  • Manage stakeholders, design workflows, and develop clear communications for employees.
  • Develop training resources, coordinate manager onboarding, and lead user readiness activities.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from manual processes to fully integrated digital workflows.
About You:
This role requires an immediate start, so we're looking for someone who is ready to begin right away!

The successful candidate will have the following:
  • Proven success delivering end-to-end ELMO implementations.
  • Deep understanding of ELMO modules and their integration points.
  • Expertise in data migration, systems integration, and UAT in complex environments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and change management capabilities.
  • Experience managing vendors, negotiating scope, and ensuring SLAs are met.
  • Ability to plan realistic project timelines with contingency plans for delays or unforeseen technical/organisational challenges.
  • Confidence working in challenging environments (legacy systems, cultural resistance, unclear leadership).
