The Role:
  
This is a visually led, creative content role where your ability to design, create, and storytell through digital media will take centre stage. From designing vibrant social posts and EDMs to shooting content on site and collaborating with creatives.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead content creation across all digital platforms (social media, web, blog, EDMs).
  • Build and engage communities across multiple brand channels.
  • Plan, and execute campaigns to support markets, events, and major launches.
  • Work with influencers and media partners on promotional initiatives.
  • Manage digital reporting and performance analytics.
  • Assist in planning and promoting entertainment and programming across sites.
  • Contribute to signature programs that support emerging creatives and small business start-ups.
  • Collaborate on new initiatives, including the launch of a podcast and other media formats.
  • Keep on top of content trends, platform updates, and community culture.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • 2–3 years’ experience in a content or digital marketing role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative social media campaigns and content.
  • Solid experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, InDesign.
  • Bonus points for video editing, mobile-first content, or animation skills.
  • A passion for storytelling, design, and bringing community-focused brands to life.
  • Great time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • A keen interest in food, markets, entertainment, and local culture.
