TalentLink has partnered with a market-leading organisation to recruit a Receptionist who will provide ongoing support to the Office Manager and administration team. This role will commence on a temporary basis with strong potential to transition to permanent employment. It is a full-time, on-site position from Monday to Friday.
The Role
In a warm and dynamic environment, this role combines reception duties with broader administrative support. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will represent the organisation professionally while ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the Brisbane office.

Ideal Skills & Experience:

The Role
In a warm and dynamic environment, this role combines reception duties with broader administrative support. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will represent the organisation professionally while ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the Brisbane office.
Key Duties:
- Answer and direct incoming calls.
- Meet and greet clients.
- Prepare conference rooms for meetings and events.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Oversee document management, including filing and scanning.
- Order office supplies and stationery.
- Coordinate travel arrangements.
- Provide general administration and office support.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Must be available for an immediate start.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in reception and/or office administration.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong time management and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
