The opportunity:

In this role, your focus will be on delivering an exceptional client experience, converting qualified inbound leads, and guiding customers through the lending journey. With access to a large existing client base and ongoing marketing generated enquiries, you’ll have every opportunity to succeed without needing to conduct external prospecting.

Key responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain long lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Source and convert leads from external marketing efforts, referrals, and networking.
  • Manage home loan applications from start to finish, working closely with lenders, clients, and support staff.
  • Facilitate loan settlements with the help of outsourced operations staff.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly targets, maintaining high service standards and efficient processes.
About you:

You’re an experienced Mortgage Broker who thrives on delivering great results for clients and enjoys working in a collaborative team. You bring professionalism, warmth, strong communication skills and a team-first attitude, plus a good sense of humour!

Essential qualifications and experience:
  • Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Mortgage Broker.
  • Current accreditations with major lenders (highly regarded).
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
