The Role: 
TalentLink is expanding our Accounting & Finance team and we are seeking a motivated Associate Recruitment Consultant who is eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in recruitment. This role combines candidate engagement, recruitment administration, and database management, providing a strong foundation to progress into a full 360° consultant role.

Key Recruitment Responsibilities include:
  • Support senior consultants in end-to-end recruitment across temporary and permanent roles.
  • Sourcing and engaging accounting & finance professionals through advertising and headhunting activities.
  • Screening, interviewing and matching candidates to client vacancies.
  • Referencing checking and verifying compliance documentation.
  • Managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the recruitment database/CRM.
  • Talent pooling on and database searches.
  • Support key client accounts and deliver outstanding service.
  • Providing a thorough aftercare to both clients and candidates post placement.
  • Working towards becoming a full 360° Recruitment Consultant
 
About You: 
Ideally this role will suit a current Resourcer or Recruitment Administrator looking to develop their career into a 360 Recruiter, or an individual keen to start a career in recruitment from a sales or outcome-based environment, such as professional sales, real estate, hospitality or travel sales)
