This role will see you take full ownership of projects end-to-end, balancing program, cost, quality and safety outcomes across both site and office environments. Reporting to the Construction Director, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of all aspects of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project programs, timelines and key milestones
  • The initial project will involve modular home construction on Brisbane’s south side, with multiple new sites and projects to follow
  • Coordinate site teams, consultants, designers and subcontractors
  • Maintain strong safety standards and oversee site compliance
  • Manage project budgets, forecasting and cost reporting
  • Administer head contracts, subcontracts, variations and approvals
  • Oversee procurement of trades, materials and suppliers
  • Lead communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare regular project, progress and financial reports
About You 
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within residential construction
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement and cost control
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Experience with modular home construction (highly regarded but not essential)
