Key Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Payroll Lead,  and working as part of a close-knit team, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio in end-to-end payroll for approximately 7,000+ employees.

• End-to-end payroll processing across a variety of pay cycles (including weekly, fortnightly, and monthly) 7,000+ employees nationally.
• Ensure legislative changes to awards and statutory compliance updates are implemented.
• Managing payroll queries and participate in reporting and reconciliations.
• Promoting effective communication across departments and fostering a team-oriented environment.

About You:

We want to hear from you if you have:

• A minimum of 3+ years' experience in end-to-end payroll.
• Proven experience handling high-volume payroll.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Exceptional communication abilities and a strong focus on delivering top-tier customer service.
• A commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
