The Role: 
To support demand in key sectors within our existing client base (and expansion into new markets) we are searching for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join us in a 360-degree (full-function) recruitment role. 

This opportunity is available for an experienced recruiter who is ready to take the next step in their career, develop as a recruiter and utilise our market-leading commission scheme.  The TalentLink Directors still actively recruit roles, so hands-on mentorship is available. 

We have active Hot Desks available in Qualified Accounting, Business Support/HR, and Information Technology that utilise our impressive Preferred Supplier Accounts and extensive established client base.

You will have access to a Hot client base and established desk with several PSA’s (preferred supplier agreement) to manage across both permanent and temporary roles, while also identifying and developing new business opportunities.  
  
Duties and Responsibilities include: 
  • Manage job vacancies, sourcing and placing exceptional talent with your clients.
  • Build and manage crucial relationships with existing clients and candidates,
  • Identify and development new business, growing your client portfolio.
  • Attend face to face client meetings to further build relationships.
  • Consult with your clients to advise the best recruitment strategies.
  • Negotiating with clients and candidates on a wide range of issues.
  • Candidate management - identify and attract candidates.
  • Interview candidates to understand their requirements and your clients “culture-fit”.
  • Supporting both client and candidates through the recruitment process and negotiating job offers.
  • Providing a thorough aftercare to both clients and candidates.
