Working in a supportive and friendly environment, this position involves a blend of scheduling, office administration and customer service.
Duties include:
- Communicating with clients regarding incoming bookings, sending reminders, and confirmations.
- Scheduling and coordinating technicians for assigned jobs, maintaining daily communication for feedback.
- Ensuring accurate job details are updated and recorded in the software system.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Director and Operations Manager.
- Respond to customer queries, follow-up on supplier quotes and preparing purchase orders.
- Coordinate and manage the training schedules for technicians and apprentices.
- Manage the company vehicles including servicing, fuel cards and registration.
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping including invoicing and accounts data entry.
- General office coordination and office administration duties and ad hoc tasks.

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a comparative role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and pay attention to detail.
- Positive attitude towards challenges and professional development.
- Willingness to assist in other areas of the business when required.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
