The Role

To the support the design, configuration, and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions. Working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration and business process automation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the core D365 FinOps system.
  • Coordinate system updates, upgrades, testing, and release management.
  • Administer system configurations and background processes.
  • Recommend improvements, develop procedures and guidelines aligned with best practices.
  • Document business requirements and support change management.
  • Liaise with vendors for support and development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver system enhancements and business outcomes.
  • Promote adoption and system use across the business through effective change management practise.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective system adoption and utilisation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, optimising system performance and user experience.
The Candidate

The successful candidate will have proven experience in D365 application, as well as the following attributes:
  • Experience with D365 Configuration & Customisation.
  • Strong understanding of business process automation and best practices.
  • Familiarity with (T-SQL, Power Platform and Power BI) for system integrations.
  • Expertise in identifying and recommending system improvements and implementing change.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate with developers and end-users.
  • Effective communication, with the ability to coach and influence change and deliver training.
