With their national HQ in Brisbane’s Southern Suburbs, they are experiencing rapid and sustained business growth. This is an exciting newly created role which will allow you to use your financial expertise to guide and support management decisions nationally.
The Role:
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will join an enthusiastic and passionate team providing financial expertise to the wider business.
- Month-end processes and financial reporting.
- Preparing statutory financial statements and Acquittals.
- Financial compliance such as - BAS, FBT, Workcover.
- Payroll Accounting - payroll costs and compliance.
- Support weekly and monthly cash flow forecasting.
- Maintain the Fixed Assets Register.
- Year-end audit requirements.
- Exposure to projects including assisting with the roll out of new ERP and automation systems.
- Continually improving and streamlining process.
About you:
The ideal person for the role will be technical finance professional who is skilled at providing first class financial insight and analysis.
- 3+ years’ post qualification experience in a finance role.
- CPA/CA qualified with strong technical accounting skills.
- Previous MYOB Acumatica and Velixo reporting experience would be beneficial.
- Skilled in project implementation and improving/streamlining process and systems.
