Role Overview:
  
In this role, you will report to the Payroll Manager and work closely within a supportive team, delivering timely and accurate payroll services.
  
Responsibilities include:
  • Conducting end-to-end fortnightly payroll including superannuation, salary packaging, workers compensation etc
  • Interpreting various Modern Awards
  • Manage onboarding, terminations, and inductions for employees
  • Performing end-of-month reconciliation and payroll reporting
  • Providing top-notch customer service for payroll queries
Candidate Profile:
  
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 2+ years of end-to-end payroll experience in a medium to large organisation
  • Strong familiarity with various Modern Awards
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in a growing organisation
