About the Role:

As a Finance Administrator, you will work closely with the Finance Manager and be responsible for tasks such as:
  • Entering invoices and allocating costs to projects.
  • Coordinating with project managers to get approvals for invoices and claims.
  • Processing payments in line with project requirements.
  • Reconciling monthly supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.
  • Assisting with payroll processes and data entry.
  • Helping Project Managers with budgeting, forecasts, and other financial tasks.
About You:

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for learning. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems and working with different teams to make sure everything runs smoothly. Ideally, you’ll have:
  • General accounts and administration experience.
  • Familiarity with electronic banking and accounting software.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
