Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will work within a dynamic and customer focused finance team. This role offers end to end ownership of the credit function, supporting business growth while building strong internal and external relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collections.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Accurately process and allocate customer payments.
- Perform regular account reconciliations to maintain accurate records.
- Minimise risk by promptly communicating and escalating issues.
- Prepare and provide weekly and monthly reports with detailed commentary on overdue accounts.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Credit Controller.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills.
- Highly skilled in problem-solving and account investigation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
