Due to strong business growth, transformation projects and projected focus in M&A, they currently have an exciting career opportunity to join their Global Corporate Finance Team.
Position Available:
The Senior Corporate Finance Analyst will join a welcoming and high-performing culture - in a business focused, strategic, and value-adding role - that supports key decision-making.
This role will suit a professional who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, providing support to the business and contributing to the overall success of the groups performance. This is a broad role (as part of a bespoke Corporate Finance team) with a focus on supporting global financial strategy and due diligence, research, analysis and planning – as well as playing a key part in transformation projects.
Key Duties will include:
- Supporting key business decisions - providing commercial support, market research and financial analysis.
- Mergers and Acquisition work - providing financial due diligence for all new major business acquisitions globally.
- Financial Forecasting – detailed analysis and reviewing capital funding requests.
- Project Focus – heavily involved in group transformation projects.
About you:
The ideal person for the role will be a motivated and social finance professional. Someone who is commercially astute and able to influence/guide business stakeholders - providing financial insight and analysis.
Key requirements:
- CPA/CA/CFA qualified.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong Financial Analysis and Modelling skills.
- Strong technical accounting skills.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
