The Role:
This role offers a balance of reception and administrative duties in a friendly and dynamic environment. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will oversee the reception area and provide essential administrative and operational support to the Brisbane office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally.
- Meet and greet clients, ensuring the conference room is prepared for meetings and functions.
- Manage documents, filing, and scanning.
- Order office supplies and stationery.
- Perform general administration and office coordination.
- Assist with ad hoc duties as required.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will be positive, friendly, and ready within short-notice.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a reception or office administration role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional time management and the ability to prioritise tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A high standard of ethics and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
