Are you an experienced organiser with a passion for creating engaging, safe, and fun experiences for children? TalentLink are recruiting for a Holiday Program Manager to lead the coordination and execution of school holiday programs for an outside school hours care provider.

The Role:
  • Project Managing holiday programs across 30+ sites nationally.
  • Coordinating excursions and incursions, including bus bookings, supplier relationships, risk assessments, and permission forms.
  • Monitoring and tracking enrolments keeping the business updated on site-by-site numbers via a detailed tracking system.
  • Ensuring marketing materials are complete and aligned with what team leaders have already designed.
  • Collaborating with staff to ensure all logistics and compliance requirements are in place.
The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented communicator who is ready to hit the ground running and available to start immediately.
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Experience in excursion planning, managing staff, and risk mitigation.
  • Familiar with child-safe procedures, parent communications, and compliance.
  • Comfortable jumping into a fast-moving project and making decisions under pressure.
