- Project Managing holiday programs across 30+ sites nationally.
- Coordinating excursions and incursions, including bus bookings, supplier relationships, risk assessments, and permission forms.
- Monitoring and tracking enrolments keeping the business updated on site-by-site numbers via a detailed tracking system.
- Ensuring marketing materials are complete and aligned with what team leaders have already designed.
- Collaborating with staff to ensure all logistics and compliance requirements are in place.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented communicator who is ready to hit the ground running and available to start immediately.
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
- Experience in excursion planning, managing staff, and risk mitigation.
- Familiar with child-safe procedures, parent communications, and compliance.
- Comfortable jumping into a fast-moving project and making decisions under pressure.
- Blue Card (Working With Children).
