About the Role
As the FP&A Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial future. Reporting to the CFO, you will provide strategic financial insights and lead the planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the organisation. This role will enable you to collaborate with senior stakeholders on a global scale and influence decision-making to optimise business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Lead annual budgeting and long-term financial planning processes across the group.
- Performance Analysis: Provide insightful analysis on financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Forecasting: Develop and manage three-way rolling forecasts and cash flow models.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with operational and executive teams to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including variance analysis and recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Streamline and enhance financial planning and reporting processes to drive efficiency and accuracy.
- CPA/CA/CFA qualified.
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A, financial modelling, or a similar role, ideally in a multinational or corporate environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion) and advanced Excel capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A proven track record of leading teams and managing complex projects.
- Highly commercial mindset and adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
