Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role supports the finance function across multiple entities, ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations and accurate reporting.
Responsibilities include:
- Entering invoices and allocating costs to projects.
- Coordinating with project managers to get approvals for invoices and claims.
- Processing payments in line with project requirements.
- Reconciling monthly supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.
- Assisting with payroll processes and data entry.
- Helping Project Managers with budgeting, forecasts, and other financial tasks.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for learning. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems and working with different teams to make sure everything runs smoothly. Ideally, you’ll have:
- General accounts and administration experience.
- Familiarity with electronic banking and accounting software.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
