The Role:
Partnering with senior operational Stakeholders within the business, this is a key position offering high level visibility and impact, to support critical investment, budgeting, and forecasting decisions.
- Collaborate with Business Leaders to support shape strategic plans, set measurable targets, and optimise financial performance
- Developing accurate data reporting and dashboards to monitor and manage KPIs (both financial and non-financial) and cashflow.
- Improve end of month analysis including performance, variances analysis, trend, and competitor analysis
- Supporting the business with financial modelling and budget, cashflow and forecasting models and ROI.
- Partner with leaders to develop their financial acumen to assist with strategic decision.
- Budget management for transformational projects in technology and change initiatives across the group.
- Streamlining processes and systems to promote continuous improved controls and reporting.
About You:
This role will suit a finance professional who can work well with autonomy, influence others and hold excellent commercial awareness.
You will have previous experience in management accounting, analysis and budgeting - have well-developed commercial acumen, a desire to build strong relationships with critical stakeholders, and be skilled in providing in-depth analytical support and insights. You will have:
- CPA/CA qualified or close to completion.
- Hold 5+ years’ experience in a commercial role or currently be from the Big4 /2nd Tier Charted background and looking for that first move.
- An exceptional communicator, who has a natural flair for influencing stakeholders.
- Strong time management and ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines.
