This role involves supporting an executive with a demanding schedule, requiring an EA who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, using their exceptional organisational and time management skills to stay one step ahead. In this successful, people-focused organisation, strong communication and interpersonal skills are key to success. You will collaborate with a team of experienced executive assistants, providing ample opportunity to learn from and support one another.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and schedules, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and any travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritising communications as needed.
- Coordinate and organise events, conferences, and other special projects
- Prepare and edit correspondence and other documents on behalf of the executive.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all internal and external relationships, engagements, and communications.
- Provide recommendations for office efficiencies and cost savings.
- Processing of Corporate Expenses include issuing purchase orders.
- Assist the other Executive Assistant and provide administration support where needed.

Key Requirements:
The ideal background and skillset required are:
- Previous experience supporting Leadership Teams/Executives/C-Suite.
- The confidence and emotional maturity needed to work at a senior level.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time, while ensuring a high quality of work output.
- High level of attention to detail and preplanning and proactiveness.
- You will have a high standard of ethics and maintaining confidentiality.
