The Role:

This role with be responsible for overseeing corporate land commission recovery for Australia and New Zealand, supporting internal and external stakeholders while analysing data to maximize global revenues.
  • Monitor and resolve data quality issues, auditing and improving processes to maximize revenue and ensure accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain reporting processes and systems to track data quality, supplier performance, and internal issues.
  • Assist in investigating and addressing internal inquiries related to land commissions.
  • Work closely with other members of team, internal businesses in other countries and external suppliers to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance business processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
 
About You:

  • Experience in data analysis or financial data management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service, conflict resolution, and inquiry management skills with a positive approach.
  • Proficiency in designing, implementing, managing, and documenting business processes and procedures.
