TalentLink have been retained to recruit a Sales and Marketing Administrator to join a growing professional services firm. This newly created role offers a unique blend of sales support, marketing and office administration, playing a crucial part in the next phase of the company’s growth and keeping operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Manage lead tracking, proposals, and customer follow-ups and assist sending proposals.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, contracts and documentation, ensuring compliance with policies and industry regulations.
- Marketing Assistance: Content creation for newsletters and blogs, schedule social media, email marketing and tracking marketing initiatives performance.
- Website Management: Update content including blog posts and case studies and optimise landing pages.
- Event Management: Coordination of networking events and marketing materials for conferences and exhibitions.
- Client Onboarding: Ensure smooth and positive onboarding experiences for new clients.
- Office Operations: Oversee scheduling, documentation, and team coordination.
- Invoice & Reporting: Assist with invoicing, financial tracking, and internal reporting.
- You will have strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Pipedrive is a plus) and experience using Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Organised and detail-oriented multitasker
- Experience in sales, marketing and administrative support
- Knowledge of social media management and email marketing
- Professional, proactive, and collaborative attitude
