The Role:
They are seeking to appoint a motivated and ambitious Finance Manager to their accounting team. This is a key financial role that will see you lead the corporate accounting function across the consolidated group of entities, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.
You will lead a small accounting team, and oversee month-end close, consolidations, tax compliance (GST/BAS, FBT, Payroll Tax), external audit and internal controls. You will drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, controls, and cross-functional collaboration to support financial insights and decision making.

The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded finance professional with the following skills/abilities/experience:

- Previous commercial accounting experience and staff management.
- Adaptable with the ability to prioritise tasks to meet Finance deadlines.

- Ability to build positive relationships with key stakeholders.
