The Role:
Opportunity for an experienced Marketing and Brand General Manager to take ownership of a group of brands who can think strategically while staying hands-on in execution. This role requires someone equally comfortable setting direction, leading campaigns, and rolling up their sleeves to deliver outcomes that bringing different brands to life.
  
  • Campaign Leadership, leading integrated marketing campaigns across projects.
  • Full campaign lifecycle including strategy, creative, media, stakeholder engagement, delivery, and reporting.
  • Overseeing Digital Content, digital marketing initiatives, social media, EDMs, websites, signage etc.
  • Copywriting for EDMs, social and external communications.
  • Managing Partnerships, sponsorships, media relationships and brand collaborations.
  • Stakeholder Management and leadership of a small internal marketing team.
  
The Ideal Candidate:
Will lead promotion of a number of major venues overseeing campaigns from concept to delivery. To do this you will need:  
  • Over 8 + years senior leadership roles managing marketing strategy, delivery and campaigns.
  • Background in events, tourism or hospitality would be highly beneficial.
  • Demonstrative experience managing marketing budgets and reporting on ROI.
  • Highly collaborative and supportive leadership style.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, engaging with multiple stakeholders, from councils and media to community groups.
  • Hand-on and creative person who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
