Role:
With an established reputation for high-end residential and commercial projects and a strong pipeline of work, they continue to go from strength to strength.
Due to this growth, they are keen to appoint a hands-on Procurement Manager to lead its procurement operations.
Reporting to the CEO/MD (a commercially astute and supportive mentor with a long history in the construction field), this position requires a Procurement professional who is adept at providing strategic oversight of procurement activities (supplier engagement, contract negotiation, logistics, budgeting, quality assurance, design compliance, and risk management).
You’ll work closely with Project Teams and senior leadership to ensure all materials meet project requirements, align with budgets, and are delivered in accordance with the Construction Program. Also, you will lead and manage the overseas procurement of construction materials across Construction projects.
