The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the leadership team, this newly created role will provide strategic and operational leadership across the Property Management division.
You will be responsible for building scalable systems, processes and operational frameworks while leading the day-to-day management of a growing residential portfolio. As they expand their portfolio of residential buildings, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced property professional to establish and lead their newly established Property Management function.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the leadership team, this newly created role will provide strategic and operational leadership across the Property Management division.
You will be responsible for building scalable systems, processes and operational frameworks while leading the day-to-day management of a growing residential portfolio. This role offers the rare opportunity to shape the future direction of the division and make a lasting impact on the organisation's long-term success.
- Lead and develop the Property Management and Facilities & Maintenance teams across a growing multi-building portfolio.
- Establish and implement best-practice operational processes, procedures and service standards.
- Drive the implementation, optimisation and ongoing management of PropertyMe and associated operational systems.
- Oversee maintenance programs, contractor management and capital works projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Body Corporate Committees, owners, residents and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all legislative, regulatory and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Monitor portfolio performance, occupancy levels, arrears and service delivery outcomes.
- Support business growth initiatives, management rights retention and operational scalability.
- Deliver insightful reporting and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
This position will suit a commercially minded hands-on property leader who thrives on improving operations, developing teams and delivering exceptional stakeholder outcomes.
- Current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate or Full Real Estate Licence.
- Minimum 7 years' experience within Property Management, ideally across apartment complexes, management rights or large residential portfolios.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to build, mentor and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong operational management, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with PropertyMe, including implementation or system optimisation, highly regarded.
- Sound knowledge of Queensland property legislation, compliance and industry best practices.
