An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced NetSuite / Finance Systems Specialist to join a growing Brisbane-based organisation in a hands-on role focused on ERP optimisation, automation and business process improvement across finance and operations. This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity offering exposure to a variety of transformation initiatives.

This role will suit someone who enjoys improving systems, streamlining workflows and working closely with stakeholders to drive operational efficiencies across the business.

About the Role
Working closely with finance, operations and leadership teams, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the NetSuite environment while driving process improvement initiatives across AP, procurement, reporting and operational workflows.

This is a highly visible role where you will have the opportunity to make a genuine impact across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support, maintain and optimise the NetSuite ERP environment
  • Improve finance and operational workflows across AP, procurement and reporting
  • Drive automation initiatives across approvals, EFT, OCR and purchase order processes
  • Support reporting, saved searches and dashboard development
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities
  • Assist with ERP integrations, testing and system enhancements
  • Support users across finance and operations with system functionality and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to implementation and rollout activities across business units
About You
  • Experience working with NetSuite ERP environments
  • Background across Finance Systems, ERP, Business Systems or Functional Consulting
  • Strong understanding of finance and operational processes
  • Experience with workflow automation and process improvement
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to work across both business and technical teams
  • Exposure to OCR, AP automation, EFT or procurement workflows highly regarded
  • SQL, reporting or integrations exposure advantageous
