Working in a friendly and dynamic environment, this role is a nice mix of reception and administration duties. You will oversee the reception area - representing the company as the first person visitors meet when they arrive – and provide a wide range of administrative and operational support to the Brisbane office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing incoming calls.
- Meeting and greeting clients - preparing the conference room for meetings/functions.
- Document management, filing and scanning.
- Ordering of supplies and stationery.
- General administration and office coordination.
- Ad hoc duties as requested.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a reception/office administration role.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time, with good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- You will have a high standard of ethics and maintaining confidentiality.
