Widely regarded for her expertise in key account management and corporate services recruitment, Bec has overseen some of Brisbane’s largest preferred supplier accounts. She partners closely with clients to provide strategic insight, tailored reporting, and actionable feedback, ensuring recruitment strategies align seamlessly with organisational goals and evolving talent needs.

As TalentLink’s Founder and Director, Bec leads a team of six specialist recruiters across key disciplines—Business Support, Accounting & Finance, People & Culture, Sales & Marketing, Property & Construction, and Technology—providing temporary, contract, and permanent recruitment solutions. She oversees all aspects of the business, from client strategy and team leadership to talent delivery and operational excellence.
